One of the challenge in BTM implementation is to maintain the continual improvement gradually and fine tuning the business strategy execution to results. Stage ONE : Balanced Scorecard Review & Action Plan
Stage TWO : Coaching & Supervising the Continual Improvement Execution
In this stage we may assist your field improvement such 5S (housekeeping), eliminate in-efficiency, productivity improvement, performance graphic monitoring, lean operations and project management
Stage THREE : Coaching & Supervising the Behavior & Performance Management Execution
In this stage we may assist to change your people mindset to obtain the innovation or intimacy or cost leadership behavior, measuring your people competency and performance
Stage FOUR : Updating the Strategic Document, Business Process & Procedures
Stage FIVE : Evaluate the Customer Perception and Behavior Changing Progress
In this stage we can help to assess the customer perception using survey results and also assessment the people behavior changing

Each stage will be led by our team leader and followed by top and middle management of clients. It will be minimum one year service maintenance program to build the maturity and establishment of management team in implementation BTM in line with its goals.
